Curating KMBC’s 70th Anniversary Celebration, involved leading the design of a custom suite of graphics; such as brochures, event signage, powerpoint templates, acrylic awards, large format wall designs and more. The designs served to create a cohesive and visually captivating experience for attendees; while honoring KMBC’s station history and impact on Kansas City.

KMBC 9 History Wall
For KMBC 9 News 70th anniversary, I designed a large format printed wall design which commemorates not just the station's storied history, but its deep-rooted connection with the vibrant city of Kansas City. This design is a visual journey through time, capturing the essence of pivotal moments in both the station's legacy and the city's rich history. The design seamlessly integrates photography and multimedia elements including digital displays that showcase moving tributes, interviews, and moments of significance to KMBC 9 News. The design was unveiled to attendees at the 70th Anniversary Celebration.

KMBC 9 Hall of Fame Wall
The Hall of Fame wall is a large format wall design, honoring the journeys of the exceptional men and women, who have reported on, informed, and inspired the Kansas City community over the years. The design combines varying architectural elements such as uplighting, photo rod systems, raised paneling and more; to create a dynamic wall design showcasing the Hall of Fame Inductees. The design was unveiled at the KMBC 9 - 70th Anniversary Celebration; each year an additional 5 inductees will be added to the installation, spanning a decade.
